Introduction

Welcome to Longfu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Longfu ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at longfu.cam and all associated services, products, software, and features made available through it.

Longfu operates as an internationally licensed online casino and sportsbook platform. We offer sports betting, live casino games, premium slots, lottery games, and related gaming services to eligible players. Our primary market is Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and across the country.

By creating a Longfu account, accessing our services, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, along with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules or policies referenced within this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use a Longfu Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Longfu strictly enforces this requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. Evidence of age is required as part of our KYC verification process.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under guardianship or lacking legal capacity to contract are ineligible.
• Jurisdiction: You represent that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for verifying this. Longfu does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific territory, including Malaysia.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of Longfu or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold any other Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from Longfu or requested account closure under a responsible gambling programme. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Registration & KYC

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Residential address, including postcode and country
• Valid email address
• Contact number
• Preferred currency (MYR)

4.2 KYC Verification Documents

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point at our discretion, Longfu may require you to complete identity verification by providing:

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., TNB electricity bill, Indah Water bill, or bank statement)
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID
• Verification of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account under your name)

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Longfu immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Longfu shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

Terms of Use

Your use of the Longfu Platform is subject to the following conditions, which you agree to comply with at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other tools to access, monitor, or interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform's software or systems.
• You will not transmit any malicious code, virus, or disruptive content through the Platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• You will not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and that game results cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Longfu reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we determine that you are in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Longfu accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow Transfer, and selected cryptocurrency methods including USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made in your name only. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed on the deposit page.
• Longfu does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by Longfu.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise verified by our compliance team.
• All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on our platform: e-wallet withdrawals typically within 20–60 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• Longfu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are as displayed in your Account settings.

Bonuses & Promotions

Longfu offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Longfu reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (turnover requirement) which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times).
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time frame specified. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Longfu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus conditions, or colluding with others to extract bonus value — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts suspended.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting markets on the Longfu platform. Game-specific rules for casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games are displayed within the respective game interfaces.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a Cash Out option has been explicitly provided for that market.
• Longfu reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were manifestly incorrect, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the odds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, Longfu's decision shall be final and binding, subject to our formal dispute resolution process.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are displayed on the platform. Wins exceeding these limits will be paid to the applicable limit.
• For football betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFF Cup, and World Cup Qualifiers, all results are determined as at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated.
• Mix Parlay bets require a minimum of three (3) selections. In the event that any leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections.

Responsible Gambling

Longfu is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reductions are immediate; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Longfu strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned minus any winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other Players, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be deducted from your Account.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling access or acting as an agent for third-party bettors.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus hunting activity designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information that may constitute illegal insider trading.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game mechanics, text, and other materials published on the Longfu Platform ("Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Longfu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any Content without express prior written consent from Longfu.

Any unauthorised use of Longfu's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Longfu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if Longfu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform's availability, whether or not caused by circumstances within Longfu's control.
• Any loss arising from errors in odds, game outcomes, or results that have been subsequently voided or corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Longfu's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where Longfu is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, subject to the following provisions:

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a request through the Account settings page or by contacting our support team. Prior to Account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Longfu will process verified withdrawal requests within standard processing times following Account closure.

13.2 Termination by Longfu

Longfu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• We determine that you are in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or competent authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for breach, Longfu reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the Player.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Longfu is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Longfu's internal dispute resolution process is the first step for all disputes. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 16 below. We will acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

Amendments

Longfu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the termination provisions in Section 13.
